IP & Inventions
Inventorship, ownership, provenance, and rights matter.
Arns develops proprietary computational, product, interface, and opportunity-system intellectual property while preserving the rights context of third-party and institutional assets.
Arns-created intellectual property
Arns Innovations develops proprietary methods, software, computational models, algorithms, graph structures, configuration logic, user experiences, product architectures, commercialization systems, and other inventions. Rights may be protected through patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, contractual controls, or other available mechanisms.
Third-party and institutional IP
Arns does not claim ownership of third-party or institution-owned intellectual property merely because it is represented, analyzed, matched, translated, or configured within an Arns system. Ownership, inventorship, licensing authority, and other rights remain governed by the applicable rights holder and agreements.
Opportunity configurations
A configuration may combine public information, licensed or licensable technologies, external capabilities, market evidence, Arns-created analysis, and new Arns-developed system logic. The rights position of each element should be evaluated before any commercial implementation.
Submissions
Do not submit confidential, proprietary, export-controlled, or otherwise restricted information unless an appropriate written agreement and authorized workflow are in place.
