Frame
Define the sponsor objective, receiving system, constraints, and what a useful outcome would look like.
SPONSORED OPPORTUNITY DEVELOPMENT
Before committing to a license, startup, pilot, or deployment, a sponsor can fund Arns to engineer the opportunity around real requirements, economics, technologies, rights, people, and receiving systems.
WHAT THE SPONSOR FUNDS
Define the sponsor objective, receiving system, constraints, and what a useful outcome would look like.
Identify and connect IP, labs, companies, infrastructure, capabilities, people, and missing functions.
Build technical interfaces, economics, business logic, rights dependencies, market pull, and alternative configurations.
Design the evidence plan, buyer discovery, experiments, site data, pilot requirements, and decision gates.
Determine whether the next step is a license, sponsored development phase, pilot, JV, internal deployment, or new venture.
Move the surviving configuration into the people and systems capable of making it real.
THE DELIVERABLE
Arns builds an interactive, multi-facing opportunity environment rather than asking a sponsor to infer how the pieces might fit together.
IMPORTANT BOUNDARIES
Existing university, lab, corporate, and Arns IP remains governed by its existing owners and agreements.
Inventorship and ownership follow the actual inventive contribution and the applicable development agreement.
License, field-of-use, exclusivity, equity, or deployment rights are negotiated only if the opportunity advances.
Arns serves as opportunity developer and system architect. A founder or operating role is determined only if the surviving configuration warrants it.
START WITH A REAL OPPORTUNITY
Bring a strategic objective, facility, technology, market need, or current Arns opportunity. We will engineer the system required to make the next decision possible.
