40-POINT BUILD READINESS
Arns uses a 40-point framework modeled on recurring venture-building and commercialization requirements. The purpose is not a cosmetic score. It is to make missing ingredients explicit and source ways to complete them.
THE DIFFERENCE
Traditional programs often evaluate whether a project passes a gate. Arns and SpinOut U can use the same requirements generatively: identify the missing customer, IP, team role, pilot, capital source or receiving system—and then search the wider network for an ingredient that can fill it.
UNIVERSITY USE
Lehigh, USC, Penn, Arizona, Hawaiʻi and other campus environments can start with their own IP while adding federal technology, other-campus IP, corporate capabilities, sponsors, builders and deployment environments until the opportunity becomes program-ready.
PRIVATE READINESS
The public standard shows what “complete” means. Sponsor-specific scores, missing pieces and candidate complements remain private.
